Alstom will present its latest innovations for smarter and more sustainable urban mobility at Rail Live! 2024

  • Rail Live! 2024 will take place in Zaragoza on 26th and 27th November

  • Alstom experts will participate in different panels and round tables on the future of urban mobility

18 November 2024 - Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, will participate in Rail Live! 2024, to take place in Zaragoza on 26 and 27 November. Rail Live 2024, which this year will be held exclusively as a congress edition, is Spain's largest railway sector meeting where experts and professionals discuss its present and future.

On this occasion, Alstom will pay special attention to the challenges and needs of Spanish cities, focusing on the future of urban mobility, driven by digitalisation, energy efficiency, sustainability and increasing urbanisation.

Alstom will also have a special role in the inauguration, with the participation of Leopoldo Maestu, Alstom in Spain Managing Director. He will talk about the railway sector's current challenges, including industrial and digital transformation, and the needs of operators and passengers.

26 October - 10:00 am:

Opening ceremony, with the participation of Leopoldo Maestu, Alstom in Spain Manager Director.

26 October - 12:30 pm:

Round table on "The future of trams in Spain", moderated by Inma Lebrón, business developer at Alstom Spain.

26 October - 16:00 pm:

Conference on "The future of signalling on existing metro lines", with José Miguel Soler, customer director at Alstom Spain.
