Guaranteed availability and reliability with digital solutions
Alstom uses the latest digital technologies including artificial intelligence, robotics, and digital twin to optimise maintenance activities. As pioneers in predictive maintenance, we have innovated to create solutions for unparalleled performance since 2006. With Alstom’s HealthHub™ for predictive maintenance, we guarantee higher system availability, lower costs, and enhanced maintenance planning. Our digital solutions are backed by advanced maintenance analytics to boost performance and improve operations.
One trusted partner for mixed fleets
Alstom maintains both Alstom and non-Alstom rolling stock assets, and can be the single maintainer for operators with mixed fleets, reducing the number of contractual interfaces to be managed by the customer. With a large number of maintenance contracts for non-Alstom fleets, we have a solid track record and return on experience from other manufacturers and mixed fleets (both Alstom and non-Alstom).
Expertise in depot design, build, and upgrades
The design of a depot and the equipment available have a major impact on maintenance efficiency and the reliability of rail operations - with a proven track record of successful depot projects worldwide. Alstom has unrivaled expertise when it comes to designing, building and upgrading depots and equipment as part of a maintenance contract. We design and implement state-of-the-art facilities for our customers that leverage the latest technologies to enhance maintenance capabilities and improve operational performance.
Registered ECM for over 2,200 vehicles
As a certified entity in charge of maintenance (ECM), Alstom takes railway systems under its responsibility and ensures safe and reliable operation by applying a consistent standard maintenance management system, allowing you to concentrate on your train operations. Alstom has been a certified ECM for freight wagons since 2013 and for mainline passenger trains since 2014. Today, we serve customers from 12 countries and have 37 ECM certificates in accordance with European Union Regulation (EU) 2019/779*.
