Our digital solutions are backed by advanced maintenance analytics to boost performance and improve operations.
One trusted partner for mixed fleets
Alstom maintains both Alstom and non-Alstom rolling stock assets, and can be the single maintainer for operators with mixed fleets, reducing the number of contractual interfaces to be managed by the customer. With a large number of maintenance contracts for non-Alstom fleets, we have a solid track record and return on experience from other manufacturers and mixed fleets (both Alstom and non-Alstom).
Expertise in depot design, build, and upgrades
The design of a depot and the equipment available have a major impact on maintenance processes and efficiency. Alstom has unrivaled expertise when it comes to designing, building and upgrading depots and equipment as part of a maintenance contract. We also optimise the efficiency of depots, with Dynamic Maintenance Planning (DMP), an Alstom suite of applications to enhance fleet planning and depot execution with customer interaction. DMP is designed to enable more responsive, flexible and fluid execution of maintenance activities.
Registered ECM for over 2,200 vehicles
As a certified entity in charge of maintenance (ECM), Alstom takes railway systems under its responsibility and ensures safe and reliable operation by applying a consistent standard maintenance management system, allowing you to concentrate on your train operations. Alstom has been a certified ECM for freight wagons since 2013 and for mainline passenger trains since 2014. Today, we serve customers from 11 countries and have 36 ECM certificates in accordance with European Union Regulation (EU) 2019/779*.
