Celebrating diversity and inclusion: a podcast journey at Alstom

Two Alstom colleagues from the UK, Harry Bateman and Yasha Siddiqui, have come together to create a podcast series specifically for International Women's Day. This series aims to provide valuable insights into the significance of the day through the personal experiences of three key Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Champions at Alstom.

The podcast series provides valuable insights into how diversity influences business success and outlines the strategies organisations can implement to foster a more inclusive environment from within.

Tune in to discover how we can help foster a more equitable workplace and learn about the challenges and successes of implementing these policies in a global context.

“I absolutely love listening to podcasts about everything, from true crime to sports. It’s amazing because you can listen to them on the go or even when you’re just relaxing. That’s where the idea for the Alstom Podcast came from.”
