Alstom in Spain launches the Alstom Talent Energy for young graduates

Alstom in Spain has launched the fourth edition of its innovative programme for graduates across the country, aiming at training and integrating them into the labour market. This initiative, called Alstom Talent Energy, combines post-graduate training and professional work placements in a single programme. The objective is to provide opportunities for recent graduates to continue their personal and professional development in a global company as Alstom, a world leader in the rail transport.

The submission period to participate to this fourth edition of the programme is open since 6 September. The initiative itself, which is undertaken in collaboration with the Fundación Universidad-Empresa (Universities and Businesses Foundation), will begin in November.

The Alstom Talent Energy Plan is a 12 months internship program for Fresh Graduates with recognized Master. It will incorporate 40 interns in the teams of Alstom in Spain with different academicals backgrounds to prepare their future integration on the labour market. Successful candidates will start working in the company's offices in Madrid, Toledo or Barcelona, joining Alstom 's teams of professionals to work on national and international rail projects.

 Those interested in taking part in the programme should apply by 10 October 2016.
