On December 6, 2013, the Washington D.C. office hosted CABEN, a network of ethics and compliance professionals from across the D.C. metro area.
Alstom has a robust and comprehensive Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Program that promotes a culture of integrity. As E&C is a top priority for Alstom and more than ever vital for its long-term success, it is crucial to ensure that the program is visible and that the highest standards of ethics and integrity are implemented across the organization.
To this end, Country Ethics and Compliance Officer, Barbara Petitti, recently invited the Capital Area Business Ethics Network (otherwise known as CABEN) to Alstom USs HQ in Washington D.C., in order to share industry best practices, and learn from the experiences of other E&C experts.
Barbara Petitti, comments on this first Alstom-hosted session: It was a pleasure to host such a skilled and experienced group of ethics and compliance professionals. I was proud to present Alstoms Integrity Program and to highlight the features of the program in the U.S. The group was quite impressed with the high standards we have set in implementing our E&C Program.
