Alstom Transport presents rail transport solutions at Eurasia Rail 2013

Alstom Transport will be at railway, light rail systems, infrastructure and logistics exhibition Eurasia Rail 2013 at booth # 10C1 in Hall 10, from March 7^th to 9^th, in stanbul.

Alstom Transport will be at Eurasia Rail 2013 with over 250 local and international companies from March 7 to 9, 2013. During these three days the visitors will be able to get information about Alstoms comprehensive range of products, systems and equipment at Alstom Transports booth # 10C1 in Hall 10.

Alstom Transport will showcase a number of mock-up trains. These will include Pendolino high speed train - Alstom Transports solution for reliable high-speed operations on conventional tracks at lower costs thanks to its structural design, strong traction and active tilting system.  Citadis tram will also be displayed - currently in commercial service on the Kabatas-Bagcilar line of Istanbul. Citadis tram operates with low levels of energy consumption achieved by a high performing engine. And lastly, Metropolis, the Alstom metro train, will also be showcased. Alstom Transports Metropolis sets are currently operating on Taksim-4.Levent metro line.

Alstom Transport will participate in a panel session entitled Developments in Rolling Stock Technology on Friday, March 8^th, at 2:00 pm. The theme of the presentation will be A tramway system without catenary and will be addressed by Patrice Maire, Catenaryless Solutions Manager at Alstom Transport.
