Alstom will start selection for the traineeship program

Alstom, a company dedicated to the production of equipment and solutions for rail transport infrastructure, power generation and transmission, holds an internship program annually. The next group will have around 60 intern positions, which will last between 12 and 24 months, depending on the function and department. Applications can be made between August 15 and September 30 at Alstom's website (www.alstom.com.br).
Candidates must be regularly attending university or technical courses with conclusion foreseen within the two years following the opening of applications (2013 and 2014). It is necessary to have intermediate level of English (for some positions), excellent communication skills and interest in working in large-sized multinational companies. The job locations will be the units of São Paulo, Taubaté, Itajubá and Canoas.
University courses considered for the program are Engineering (all majors), Business, Accounting, Economy, among others. Technical courses include Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrics, Electrotechnics, Electronics and Electro-Electronics. The selection process will include group dynamics and on-site tests, skills laboratory and interviews with the area managers. It is estimated that over 11 thousand students will apply for the 2012 process.
The program establishes quarterly meetings in order to promote and to follow-up of the evolution of participants, addressing topics such as Presentation Techniques, Introduction to Project Management, Problem Solving, Team Work, among others.
Schedule:
