Technology portfolio supports energy turnaround
With a broad technology- and product portfolio, Alstom paves the way towards an age of low-carbon power generation and of renewable energy.
“Energy efficiency, new grids and technology for a climate-friendly power generation - companies in Baden- Wurttemberg are at the forefront to shape the way towards the energy turnaround”, said Minister Nils Schmid after talks with Alstom in Mannheim.
The new GT26 gas turbine contains a lot of improvements for gas-fired power plants regarding degree of efficiency, flexibility, reaction rate and environmental impact.
