This agreement outlines rules and procedures
to guide employees of Areva T&D who will join the two
groups:
- the Transmission activities of Areva
T&D becomes Alstoms new sector, Grid; - the Distribution activities of Areva
T&D are integrated into the Schneider Electrics
Energy Business.
The agreement also applies to employees in the
sectors directly affected by this acquisition.
The three parties intend to deploy and to
implement the agreement over time through monitoring arrangements
at European and national levels.
The innovative nature of the agreement is
illustrated both by its European dimension and its content, which
covers employment management in the context of an
acquisition.
