Successful commissioning of Alstom delivered steam turbine
at Öresundverket

This meant that another milestone in the project execution
of the new 440 MW combined cycle power plant at
Öresundsverket in Malmö was reached. The end customer
E.ON Värmekraft expressed its full satisfaction of the
steam turbine delivery of Alstom.

The commissioning activities continued and on Monday May
18th the first synchronisation of the steam turbo group towards
the electrical grid took place. Alstom received the contract
for the steam turbo group delivery already in the fall of
2006.
