Budapests new metros unveiled

Alstom Transport Katowice (Poland) and
Budapest public transport operator BKV, unveiled on 10 September
the first new Metropolis metro trainset, to arrive in Budapest in
October. Further to a contract signed on 30 May 2006, Transport
manufactured and supplied 22 five-car trainsets for
Budapests existing M2 line and 15 four-car trains for the
newly constructed M4 line.
