Alstom to take legal action to protect its reputation

Whilst questioning the motivation of those who have inspired
this article, Alstom categorically rejects all allegations
contained in the article.

To protect the reputation of the company, Alstom has thus
decided to take legal action against the Wall Street
Journal, for libel and not respecting the presumption of
innocence.

In addition, Alstom is studying legal recourse against the
publication of privileged information related to an on-going
judicial investigation in Switzerland.
