Merger of ALSTOM Pointo into ALSTOM Finland

ALSTOM Pointo Oy and
ALSTOM Pointo Group Oy have merged into theirparent company ALSTOM Finland Oy
on 31 March 2008. All operations will continue from April, 1^st,
2008 in one company - ALSTOM Finland Oy. The assets, loans, projects and
personnel of ALSTOM Pointo Oy (Business Identity Code 0189319-7) and ALSTOM
Pointo Group Oy (Business Identity Code 0968791-0) will be transferred to
ALSTOM Finland Oy without liquidation. Also all the responsibilities of
these two companies will be taken care of by ALSTOM Finland Oy
 

At
the same time the e-mail addresses of ALSTOM Pointo and ALSTOM Pointo Group
will change. The new setup for the e-mail address is firstname.lastname@power.alstom.com. The phone numbers and invoicing addresses will remain the same.
