Recruitment round: very positive results

This means that 50% of the 194 candidates who attended were
of interest to Alstom Transport. 1,060 CVs were received via
the dedicated Internet site and 201 candidates were invited to
attend an on-site day.



The event also gave candidates an opportunity to find out about
the sites production activities. They appreciated the
content of the themed workshops and enjoyed the humour of the
presenters. They also met managers from Alstom Transport, the
site manager and HR managers.

very good to be able to visit the workshops"; "You can see that

event was a good idea" ,commented three of the candidates.

our employees were very successful at spreading the word. The

hearing how many of our offers have been accepted"
, said Marc-Francois Brazier, VP Recruitment at the
Shared Services Centre.



There are also positions to be filled at the other French
sites. A press campaign will be launched in April to advertise
these vacancies.
