Alstom Transport signs up to the Charter for working
parents

LOreal, PSA, Bouygues Construction,
Total and now Alstom Transport. The Group became one of around 20
French companies to sign the Charter for Working Parents on 11
April. Signed in the presence of Xavier Bertrand, Labour Minister
and Nadine Morano, the Secretary of State for the Family, the
Charter for Working Parents has three objectives: to increase the
representation of parents in the workplace, to create an
environment that is favourable to parent employees and to adhere
to the principle of non-discrimination in their career paths.
Bruno Guillemet, SVP Transport Human Resources, declared that
specific consideration had been given to ways of ensuring
a healthy working environment that respects the balance between
work and private life.
