They all gathered at Paris’ Bercy station to try out
the widened corridors (80 cm instead of 75 cm on the TGV
Duplex) and new UFR areas in passenger compartments, which
allow for the installation of two wheelchairs and an enlarged
toilet module.
The mock-up will help developers check out accessibility
improvements made to the standard TGV Duplex.
Our client commented on “the remarkable improvements made

producing the mock-up, which features real TGV DASYE
(asynchronous [traction] Duplex ERTMS) seats.”
