Alstom Transport renovates the Tarbes site

The renovation will enable Alstom Transport Tarbes to
strengthen its industrial competitiveness and to guarantee its
long-term expertise in the design and manufacture of power
converters and electrical traction equipment and systems.

Alstom has selected Tarbes Industries for the renovation of its
buildings, which will be located on an optimized eight-hectare
parcel of land. Created in December 2005, Tarbes Industries is
a company whose shares are held by the Groupe Investimo (46%),
Alstom (27%) and La Caisse des Dépôts et
Consignations (27%).

Within this project, the 22-hectare parcel of land that is
freed up will be used by Tarbes Industries and the Greater
Tarbes Agglomeration Community with a view to the future
development of the Séméac-Soues Mixed Development
Zone.
