Two second generation double-deck TER trains were
inaugurated on Friday, September 19th 2008 in Monaco by His
Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, Jean-Louis Borloo,
French Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable development and
Land planning, Michel Vauzelle, President of the
Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Michel Serra
represented Alstom as General manager.

These two trains, delivered in March 2008, are part of an order
of five 4-car trains with 450 seats. Bearing the characteristic
red livery of Monaco's public transportation, the trains will
operate on the Vintimille-Cannes-Grasse-Mandelieu line to
increase the connections between the Principality of Monaco,
Nice and Italy.
