An Alstom crew wins the SCREG sailing challenge

After just one evening’s training, the Alstom
Transport team from the La Rochelle site threw itself with
enthusiasm and determination into the competition, on board a
monohull yacht bearing the colours of Alstom. The team quickly
bonded, transforming what was expected to be a symbolic
participation into a collective sporting achievement. In six
regattas, it climbed up the rankings and eventually carried off
the Challenge SCREG trophy, ahead of 72 rival boats. Vincent Fertin (skipper) and Pierre-André Lozé
(general organisation), François Allain, Fréderic
Gauthier, Guy Leclerc, Didier Pain, Philippe Pivron and Jean-Marc
Reynaud demonstrated all their talent during the challenge. They
have proven that on water, too, Alstom moves fast and wins. SCREG: company forming part of the Bouygues group,
specializing in highway works, urban development and industry and
service sector infrastructures, working in France for private and
public sector customers.
