Appointment of the head of Alstom's International
Network

Bruno Cotté replaces Etienne Dé who will retire in
the near future. Etienne Dé will be appointed Senior Vice
President - Special Missions for Philippe Joubert, during a
transition period.

The International Network coordinates the different Sectors
activities and represents the Group in the countries where
Alstom is operating.

Bruno Cotté is 52. Following his studies in electronics
engineering, he was Commercial Manager at Radio Océan
(Philips group) during 1978-80, Product Manager at Scientech
(1980-84) then held responsibilities in international sales for
Thomson CSF Avionique. With Dassault Aviation as of
1990, he was successively Director Middle East-Africa
(1990-98), Director of Military Exports (1998-2002) then
Managing Director in charge of International. Since 2005, he
has been Chairman of Sofresa, a public organisation in charge
of promoting the aeronautics sector.
