Paris to discover the Tramway des
Maréchaux and the MF 2000 during the National
Heritage Days

The first one will be exibited on the platform of the Porte
d'Ivry station from 10 am to 6.30 pm, and the second will be
exhibited on the Massena boulevard from10 am to 6.30 pm.

Deliveries of the 45 MF 2000 train sets intended for the
subway Line 2 will start as of July 2007. The MF 2000 is
equipped with two completely new systems never used in the
Paris subway: video-surveillance and air conditioning.


The T3, to be inaugurated on December 16, is the third contract
between ALSTOM Transport and the RATP for the provision of a
tramway system, following T1 (Gare de St-Denis - Noisy le Sec)
and T2 (La Défense - Issy Val de Seine).
