ALSTOM Transport opens an Information Centre for its
Egyptian employees

The "Information Centre" has a dual objective of
accompanying and providing tools. It as has already followed up
18 persons since its creation on 17th July last.

By means of personalised talks conducted by a manager from
ALSTOM Transport designated for this mission, the employees
concerned could voluntarily take stock of their expectations
and validate their CV and motivational letters. They also
benefited from office equipment facilities, access to internet
as well specialised newspapers, in a room made available to
them, on a self-service basis, on two half-days a week.
Furthermore, the Information Centre took care in collecting the
classified ads available within other ALSTOM group
subsidiaries, in neighbouring countries, in order to propose
them to Egyptian employees on priority.

Beyond a responsible management of its local staff, the
Information Centre will enable ALSTOM Transport to build up a
candidate pool. The company could thus re-contact its former
employees, for future opportunities and to register its
accompanying process in the long term.

The statement of this operation will be issued when the
"Information Centre" will have finalised its mission, in the
coming weeks.
