redevelopment

Since the decision to stop manufacturing industrial turbines
at La Courneuve two years ago, the site has undergone a radical
transformation. Now it is a centre of excellence in
France for ALSTOM's Power Service Sector and used for customer
service activities, maintenance and training.
More than 540 employees are based at the site itself and
another 500, located throughout France, are attached to
it. To meet its future business requirements, ALSTOM will
be recruiting a substantial number of extra employees at the
site.
