Nicolas Chaine is appointed Communications Director

Nicolas Chaine is appointed Communications Director of the
ALSTOM Group as of 15 January 2004. He replaces Jean-Georges
Micol, who has decided to pursue new career opportunities.

Nicolas Chaine is currently a Partner at Euro RSCG C&O.
He was previously Communications Director at Compagnie
Financière de Suez, UAP and Crédit Lyonnais.
