Rail-Tech, International Congress and Exhibition on Rail Technology

Rail Tech, the International Congress and Exhibition on Rail
Technology, is held every two years. At its stand this year,
ALSTOM will exhibit its strong expertise in equipment
manufacturing, rolling stock, signaling and services.


ALSTOM is a major player in the Dutch transport market with
references ranging from metros and tramcars to the Thalys
high-speed train. The stand will show models of the
TGV Duplex and the
CITADIS tram for Rotterdam, along with other
rolling stock. ALSTOM is also a market leader for traction
equipment, and a state-of-the-art IGBT traction module will be
displayed.


In addition, the company will demonstrate its proven
technology for reducing maintenance costs by detecting defective
wheels and pantographs.


To underline its expertise in Transport Information
Solutions in the Netherlands, ALSTOM will display two products
compatible with
ERTMS level 2: the
SMARTLOCK 300 interlocking device and the
Passenger Information System.


At its stand, No 122 located in Hall 3.C, ALSTOM will
welcome and inform its visitors of the company’s latest
technologies, products and services.
